WHEN ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?
Dumaguete Gifts 'n' Flowers operates from 10:00 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Orders are received online only. At this time we do not process orders over the phone.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Dumaguete Gifts 'n' Flowers processes all orders immediately upon confirmation of payment received. Credit card payments normally require between 12 to 48 hours to process. This means your order will be delivered only after your card has been verified and 2CheckOut.com has given us the go signal to process the sale (deliveries are usually made the next working day excluding Sundays). Orders paid for through Western Union or New York Bay Philippines will be delivered immediately once payment is received (normally 1-2 working days).
CAN I REQUEST FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED AT A SPECIFIC TIME AND DATE?
If you have any specific delivery time or date requests, please be sure to let us know. Otherwise, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.
We are normally able to accomodate requests for delivery on specific dates, but please note that we do NOT guarantee delivery times. Delivery for your orders will be made as close as possible to your requested delivery times, but because we serve a large area, we cannot guarantee that delivery will be made exactly on the time you specified. However, we will do our best to deliver at the requested time.
Dumaguete Gifts 'n' Flowers reserves the right to reschedule any deliveries without prior notice in the event of bad weather and other events beyond our control.
DUMAGUETE GIFTS 'N' FLOWERS CLOSES ON THESE DATES:
We are closed on January 1 (New Year's Day), Holy Week , November 1 and 2 (All Souls' Day and All Saints' Day) and December 25 (Christmas Day). No deliveries will be made on these dates. Deliveries which are due to fall on these dates will
be delivered on the next working day. |
I WANT TO MAKE A RUSH ORDER.
Dumaguete Gifts 'n' Flowers is committed to total customer satisfaction, and because we understand the value of time, we try to accomodate rush orders as much as possible. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times for rush orders. If you need assistance regarding an order, please send us an e-mail, and we'll see what we can do for you.
I CANCELLED MY ORDER AND WANT A REFUND.
Because of the perishable nature of most of our products, we do not offer returns once a sale has been processed. Any cancellations must be made before the order is processed. We will gladly refund your order IF the order has not been processed yet. We source our products from different suppliers, and once delivered to the recipient, we will no longer accept any cancellations for any product. If it becomes necessary to refund an order for non-perishable products for any reason, the refund will be made at the discretion of Dumaguete Gifts 'n' Flowers. The product must be returned unopened and/or unconsumed and in its original state before any refund may be considered. Any applicable bank fees, remittance fees, and other fees to third parties will be deducted from the total amount refundable.
